Life has been good so it is time to give something back.

Between September 2015 and September 2016, KDR will provide 12 free mediations.

The offer is open to all types and sizes of disputes. All you have to do is send an email to sherman@knightdisputeresolution.com with the reasons supporting your request for a free mediation. Please use the words “Free Mediation” in the information line.

Emphasis will be given to the following considerations when selecting a case:

  • Early, rather than a late mediation.
  • Complex cases where the parties recognize and need help establishing a shortened discovery plan necessary for an early mediation.
  • An effort to save an established relationship. (neighbors, employee / employer, family, Contractor / Subcontractor, partnerships
  • Medical or emotional issues with one or both parties.
  • Financial issues with one or both parties.

Don’t be afraid to call (425-576-8777 direct) if you have any questions.

Sherman successfully mediated a complex construction defect case just before the scheduled jury trial. Sherman arrived with a full understanding of the conflicting experts’ opinions and insurance issues, which made settlement nearly impossible. His construction background definitely focused the parties critical claim issues. His litigation background supplemented my clients understanding of the risks of going to trial. He interacted with clients well and used his mediation techniques effectively. I would definitely use Sherman again as a mediator.
